If you want to stop monitoring you can archive the account or delete it from your dashboard. Remaining time of the subscription month is NOT a subject of refund.

Is it possible to pay with a credit/debit card?

Yes, we use safe and secure payment processing service Stripe, most debit and credits cards are welcome.

Can I stop the user's activity monitoring process?

Yes, you can. Click ‘archive’ button and the user's account won't be tracked anymore and will be saved in your archive. Or click ‘delete’ button to delete the account and all reports.

Can I track private Instagram account actions?

We respect privacy, you can not monitor private Instagram accounts.
